1. Audio Post-production
This reel showcases a curated selection of his work:

TRON: Legacy (Redesign): Creative Sound Design, Electromagnetic Recording for a fan-made project.

Strawberry Week (Part 1 & 2): Award-winning Short Film showcasing Foley and Mixing skills. (Won Best Short Film & Best Student Film at Incheon International Short Film Festival 2026)

Uninvited Guest: Dialogue Editing & Mixing for an independent film.

The Pilgrim Way: Dialogue Editing & Mixing for an independent film.

2. Electromagnetic & Experimental Soundscapes
As a 'Sound Forger', my approach to sonic exploration extends beyond traditional air-medium capture, delving into the hidden acoustic worlds radiated by everyday technology. This curiosity fuels the creation of unique electromagnetic soundscapes and textures.

1. Blu-ray Player

Technique: Captured the intricate whirrs, clicks, and data processing hums of disc read/write operations using both mono and stereo telephone pickup coil microphones.

Application: The processed version (clip 3) of these recordings served as the foundational sound effect for the light bike in my Tron: Legacy Redesign.

2. Connecting/Disconnecting Wall Chargers (USB-C & Micro-USB)

    Observation:
Exploration revealed distinct pitches of glitch noise generated by using two different cable types.

Application: The processed recording (clip 3) were used to simulate ambience in a sci-fi digital world environment.

3. Cash Machine (NatWest & Barclays)

Discovery: Provocative glitches and harmonic patterns were discovered during the operational cycles of different bank cash machines.

4. Underwater Recording:

Equipment: Using the Ambient ASF-1 MKII hydrophone for precise aquatic capture.

Application: These recordings became foundational sound assets for part 2 of the Audio Journey project.

5. Everyday Electronics:

   Diverse Sources:
Further exploration includes recordings from Hairdryers, LED Desk Maps, Microwaves, and various other household devices, providing a rich sound palette of unique EM textures.

3. Immersive Field Recordings & Ambiences
As a dedicated sound explorer, my focus is on recording rich, multidimensional soundscapes that transport the listener into the recording environment. All recordings are original, captured with the Sennheiser Ambeo VR Mic, ensuring clean ambisonic audio. For web playback, all assets are decoded and rendered to immersive binaural stereo for headphone listening.

Explore Unique Ambiences from Across the UK (Processed Ambisonic B-Format Renders below):

1. Hull Humber Bridge:

Focus: Capturing the dynamic bridge rattle from motorists and the powerful whoosh of high-speed trains.

2. Filey, North Yorkshire:

Focus: A vibrant coastal town ambience with the sound of Sea waves, playful dogs, and various human activities.

3. Knaresborough, North Yorkshire:

Focus: The lively atmosphere of a town, the constant sound of the weir, distant nature, bustling visitors, and a local street musician.

4. Millennium Bridge, York:

    Focus:
An active urban river crossing featuring detailed foot traffic, passing cyclists, and subtle distant city noise.
